This community need to walk at least 1 mile horizontally inside of a dark cavern with a candle, sometime with a cell phone flashlight to get water.

Sometimes the candle burned completely or their phone battery died before they are able to get out. Ojcme is deeply concern about solving this problem but we stuck halfway due to lack of resources.
